Since I started using Zwift Play controllers I have had to use the Companion app to connect my Kickr, my Tickr and the controllers to my Apple TV. I’m now experiencing the game completely freezing mid game and having to reboot the ATV and restart the Zwift App. Can you help?
Ditto. Exactly the same with me. Crashes game, or disconnects mid ride or since the latest firmware can’t connect anything. I appreciate they were sold as beta but a complete waste of £100 so far.

Your Zwift Play + ATV issues may be a coincidence: the latest version of Zwift for ATV has some serious bugs that have resulted in the game locking up.
I’ve experienced this and I do not use the Companion App for bridging, nor do I own a Zwift Play.

I haven’t seen one but I’m about to start one - the problem is persistent and severe, even after taking extreme measures to isolate and troubleshoot.
