Companion app and Zwift won't pair

Hello everyone,

I’m new to Zwift and trying to pair the Companion app on my iPhone to Zwift on my Macbook Pro. Even though the two are on the same WiFi network, I can’t get it to work. The Companion just shows me events/activities/goals…it’s like it doesn’t recognize that Zwift is already open on my computer. I suspect it’s an issue with my router because everything I’ve read says they should be pairing automatically. Any suggestions?

Hi Steven,
I’m using the same setup, and they should be pairing automatically…
Only thing I could think of is to make sure neither device is connected to a VPN or similar.

No VPNs involved with either the phone or computer. :frowning:

And if it doesn’t work for you, at the end there is a link to submit a ticket to Zwift.
