We had three riders today in our banded group ride that were not able to access the coffee break feature, but majority of the group was able to access and use coffee breaks. The riders entered the pen from a free ride and not a pace partner ride. The riders came from a different world (Watopia) when entering the pen (Shisa Shakedown ride) as well. When the ride ended, they had roughly a minute delay but then they were able to use the coffee break feature appeared. This has happened to a couple riders over the course of our banded rides for the past several weeks.
Lots of reports on the Cycle Nation Endurance Rides this weekend of people being able to take their first coffee break, but the icon then being greyed out for the rest of the 3 hour ride.

I’m not entirely sure it’s ever been fixed.
I don’t see many folks complain about it on our rides, but our group of leaders, and myself, have noticed the coffee break still being about as broken as it has been since release in terms of when it’s available.
I wish I had a theory about it, but I don’t, because it’s that inconsistent. Of course it’s only the times I want to use it that it doesn’t work lol.
Perhaps from a code perspective, ZHQ needs to dump what they have, allow coffee break off the bat, and once used, set a 20 minute timer.
Which for anyone that codes… could literally do in <60 seconds.
Whatever system they have in place… doesn’t seem to work (consistently).
