Chain noise. SRAM cassette set up on Kickr Core

New bike- SRAM Force 12 speed. Previous set up was Shimano Ultegra.
Installed the XDR hub on Kickr core. The Drive train vibrates in the lower gears and the chain makes rumbling noises.
Anyone have the same issue and found a solution?
