12 speed Sram Force AXS on Wahoo kickr core

Hello,

I have just purchased the Wahoo kickr core and wish to use my SRAM Force AXS 12 spd groupset on it.

I know you can buy an XDR replacement hub, but was wondering if I could avoid this by just running an 11 speed cassette?

You won’t be able to, as the chain is narrower to allow for a 12 speed cassette in the same space profile, and therefore the derailleur moves a different about of distance with each shift. XDR hub is the only option.
