I just got ZWIFT bike and trying it for the first time, the chain at front chainring is making high noise. I believe that the front chainring is not installed in a right angle (perpendicular) to the axe of the crankarms and that is why the chainring is wobbling and chain is making the loud noise. Any thoughts on how to sort this out
There have been a lot of reports similar to yours. Contact support and get a replacement.

Many thanks. I have wrote to them this morning but no reply from them yet. Hope they do not take ages.
For the price of the bike, I did not expect that they are not applying a strict quality control on their products
Their support is very slow right now but don’t keep emailing them because they’ve said that will result in a slower response.

I have a challenge taking the old frame to the shipping drop off point as it is very heavy and bulky in the box. I thought that they will arrange for its collection from home. I will see how I can sort this out.
