I can pair cadence, power and controllable ok on iMac, but on Android I can only pair cadence and power. It never finds the controllable.

The Samsung Tab 2 is from 2012, which is a somewhat older tablet and may not be supported for use with Zwift Android Beta.
You can check the in development list of Supported Android devices HERE on this forum thread.
