Kickr V5 cannot connect to "Controllable" with Samsung Galaxy S10+ Mobile & Samsung Galaxy Tab 6 Lite

I found my Wahoo Kickr V5 cannot connect to "Controllable"in Zwift using Samsung Galaxy S10+ Mobile or Samsung Galaxy Tab 6 Lite. (Im using Bluetooth for connection for both devices)

It was very frustrating while there is no problem for connecting to Power and Candance.

Please help.
