Can't get rider to start...even after pairing

I just installed Zwift on Max OS X 10.10.4.

I have a Garmin ANTUSB-m stick and on the bike a Garmin GSC10 Ant+ sensor with magnets.  

I have successfully paired the cadence/speed sensor with Zwift. When I start the race it shows my rpms but my rider does not move.  It shows 0 power. 

 

How can I get the rider to move?  Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Kevin,

Is the speed sensor properly paired? Or just the cadence? Which trainer are you trying to use?

OK…so I just quit zwift and restarted…and repaired the cadence and speed sensor again…and it’s working!

I paired the GSC Cadence sensor, but is the speed sensor different? I have my cadence sensor and heart rate sensor paired (Magneto passive trainer), but I’m still not moving!!! Help!
