I’ve been using my nice computer system for a couple years now. All of sudden it will not load Zwift after initiating the first splash screen (Tour Utopia) after clicking Let’s Go. Running a nice 2GB EVGA GTX750 Ti video card with latest drivers. Windows update is up to date. Running Window 10. Cleared all cache on Edge browser. I’m pretty computer literate and have tried all I know. All other cycling programs open up just fine. Zwift just disappears at the splash screen. I have uninstalled and re-installed Zwift twice. Not sure where the log files are. Rest of system is
XFX nForce 780i 3-way SLI and Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40 GHz processor.
That is a really ancient CPU, with very poor single core performance. How much memory is in your system? Is Windows and Zwift running on solid state storage?
When you reinstalled Zwift did you follow this process?
Log files live in Documents\Zwift\Logs
but I suspect the company won’t engage with any support request due to the CPU. That doesn’t mean it can’t work though.
I think it’s time for a new computer. Heading out to get one. CPU is old for sure. Yes did reinstall and have an ssd drive as stated.
