Hit "Let's Go" and then nothing

Hi - newly rebuilt my zwift PC with Windows 10, all updates and nvidia drivers loaded. Zwift was working fine before rebuild, but now it won’t get past the Launcher screen after clicking on “Let’s Go”. It just closes that splash screen and does nothing else. Any ideas? I’ve tried with a second created account with admin rights as well, same thing. (Also rebuilt Windows 10 as well a 2nd time and same thing).

It should produce a report.

ok thx - I’ve checked the logs and looks like it stops when trying to initalise the graphics (I’m guesstimating). Also, I believe it has the latest version of launcher so I presume it would be sending any logs back to zwift

This makes me think you should try a different Nvidia driver, but which version are you using? The one that is delivered by Microsoft is generally stable, and Zwift will not run better in any way when using a newer driver coming from Nvidia.

yeah I’ve tried the default one from Microsoft, and also the latest Nvidia one… same result for both drivers.

I guess this is where you’re at now… :see_no_evil: Frustrating place to be.

ok yeah agree, will send thru to them, very strange it won’t work off 2 clean fresh builds… I do have it working on an old Microsoft Surface 3, waaay less processing power than the PC!

Ok, just for reference, finally got it working. Looks like OpenGL wouldn’t work and would crash when any calls to it. With a GTX 750 Ti, it required an older version of nVidia drivers (536.23 I think), and then zwift would load. Disappointingly, the zwift log didn’t have any entries about this, just the last entry and when initialising graphics.
