Can't get new version to install correctly

I have a corrupt version of the app for windows. I’ve deleted cookies, the app and all corresponding folders/documents/downloads. Several times. Each time I download/install from scratch, I logon, and after the ride on screen It says my credentials are invalid. I retype the valid creds and still will not sign it. App will not work from that point forward. I have one drive on the laptop also. Have deleted everything there as well. I cannot seem to contact support today. I was able to yesterday…Please help.

Did that, reinstalled. No change. Still logon good, get to ride on, screen changes to sign on again. No bueno.

I have the startup log also, if that helps…

Hi @Bill_Daley, Welcome to the Forums! Maybe the issue isn’t a corrupted file of Zwift because you’ve done a fresh install procedure many times, it’s unlikely any malicious files survived.

Can you talk to us more about the error you’re getting? are there any spaces before or after the username or password? Caps lock on? Number Lock on? Sometimes it’s a function key that is causing the issue. Are you running Zwift with an Admin Profile on your computer?

I’d suggest trying to log-in to Zwift.com (log-out if you’re already logged in) Try Resetting your Password, and give it another shot.
