hi. I just uninstalled Zwift app and any associated files as it has not been updating properly for a while. I have reinstalled but it says my sign in details are invalid even though I can sign in to zwift and here .don’t know what to do ???!!! HELP appreciated

I understand you’re having trouble logging in after reinstalling the app, even though you can sign in on the website and forums, which is definitely odd.
Since you’re on the latest launcher and game version, the issue might be a local or credential manager glitch. I recommend trying to log in using another admin account on your PC and downloading the launcher from there to see if the problem is specific to your current profile.
Also, please double-check your junk folder and ensure your inbox has enough space for the password reset email. Although your credentials work on the forums, attempting a reset may help clear any potential glitches with the main game app, where you’re not able to log in.
However, it’s a good idea to check that Zwift has the appropriate admin permissions on your Windows machine—make sure it’s allowed full access to its folders and is granted network access to connect with our servers. Occasionally, restrictive settings can interfere with the app’s functionality.

Could also try removing %TEMP%\..\Zwift\launcher\webview
