Hi all! I’m hoping you can help! I can’t log into the desktop Zwift app (getting an error message ‘invalid username/e-mail’. My e-mail is accurate, so I changed my password. The password change is recognized on the Zwift website, but not the desktop app.
I’ve uninstalled the desktop app, updated it, and reinstalled it - same problem.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

After you uninstall the app, there’s likely still a folder containing some leftover files. Track that down and delete it before reinstalling - that usually does the trick.

Sounds like you’re on Windows ?
If so… resetting Edge browser ( clearing cache files and cookies ) - which is what “hides” under the Zwift launcher - could be worth a try ?
