Cant activate zwift when paying through itunes

Can anyone help
My account shows trial expired even though I have paid for a subscription over two weeks ago through itunes.

There’s a subscribe-through-iTunes method, and a subscribe-directly-through-Zwift method, and it appears you may have signed up both ways? This support article may shed some light on how to straighten this out before one of our email agents responds specifically to your situation.
