Cannot download my activity

I’m getting the following displayed when I try to download my recent activity

 

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Please can you advise how to fix it?

 

I’m also linked to Strava, but the activity doesn’t seem to be going across automatically.

I just realized that the activity file is also stored on your computer. You don’t have to download it from the Zwift website. The file is stored in your “Documents\Zwift\Activities” folder with a date and time stamp. It is this file that is uploaded to Zwift and Strava - if you have it connected.

I just grabbed it from there and uploaded it to Strava manually.

As Mircea mentioned, you can also find your .fit file locally.

I have more good news as well: you should be able to download your fit files again now, so if you weren’t able to before, just try again.
