Looks like you may inadvertently have just steered off your route as opposed to have seen a full system failure. Turning off intersection controls may help as in this previous post.

Loop De Loop route not completing

One of your screenshots show that you might be using a steering device. If so which one? And if so you might wish to try turning your intersection controls option off and try the route once more. This has worked for others.
