You can cancel your Zwift membership by following these steps:
- Log onto the billing section of MyZwift
- Click “Cancel Membership” at the bottom of the screen
- Choose “Confirm Cancellation”
- Fill out the survey (not necessary but we’d love to hear from you)
If you subscribed via iTunes then you must cancel your account via iTunes: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
All of your earned levels, bikes, jerseys, and more will remain should you decide to sign up again.
