Just received my Zwift Ride and trying to mount this to my Zwift Hub, currently have the cog1 installed using the normal thin thru hub quick release rod.
The Ride comes with a much thicker thru bolt that screws into the left side of then Ride lower bracket. However, the current left side adapter that came with the Hub is far too small to fit the new bolt, so there is nothing for the Ride frame to rest on for support, other than the bolt alone. This doesn’t seen correct.
Is there another adapter that may be purchased to fit allow the Ride to be properly mounted on my Zwift Hub?

The Hub should have come with the extra 142mm thru-axle adapters that you need. If you can’t find them, talk to Zwift support.

I found the adapters but have already ordered a replacement set from Zwift. Couldn’t find a way to cancel the order, would you be a le to assist and cancel my adapter order please??

Sorry I do not have privileges to do that - I am not a staff member. If you’re not able to cancel it on the Orders tab in your account, your options are to return it, or email orders@zwift.com and see if they can cancel it in time. It may not be possible to get that done before it ships.
