Try logging out and logging back in again. Did your ride save properly when you got the wheels?

It seemed that I logged on PC and iPad when riding
That will do it. Contact Zwift support and explain the issue along with your log file(if you have access). They should be able to credit it the wheels to your account.
(don’t forget to attach that screenshot of the unlock too, they often ask for that as evidence)
