Have you tried adjusting the overscan setting on your TV? I use ATV regularly and have never had the End Ride button disappear off the screen. It’s actually a reasonable amount above the bottom of the screen. If yours is off the bottom of the screen I am wondering if you might be missing a number of other parts of the screen, also.
I’m using an old Samsung monitor but everything else is displaying correctly. That’s why I thought it wasn’t a resolution setting or anything else I could find.
Is it a TV? If so, check the zoom/aspect ratio button on the remote. If it’s a monitor, see if there are similar options in the OSD.
It’s a monitor and all other options result in squashed display. The other screens on Zwift are displaying correctly, only this one has a problem. I can’t even get to select below where it rolls off the monitor.
It displays as you’d expect for a fraction of a second then drops down.
That looks like an old 4:3 aspect ratio monitor. If so then that’s probably the issue.
I tried a modern monitor and that’s spot on. More than I can say for Apple TV remote. Don’t like it at all.
With the latest Zwift update I can’t use my laptop, Apple TV it is.
I know this post is over 2 years old but I just experienced it as well. I’m using an older 720p tv and I completed several rides using the native Zwift app on Apple TV connected to the TV via HDMI. The first several rides I noticed that the screen bounds were cutting off the extreme left and right hand sides so I adjusted the settings within the Apple TV to use an alternate resolution. That fixed the screen bounds issue however at the end of the first ride I took after changing the screen settings, I found that I couldn’t see the “end ride” button. No matter what I did I couldn’t end my ride. Eventually I realized that the button must not even be active so I force-closed the Zwift app (double click the button on the apple tv remote that looks a tv and then swipe up on the zwift app to close it. Once I relaunched the app it asked me if I wanted to continue my previous ride, which I did, and then was able to end my ride as normal.
