Can’t connect Garmin Vivomove HR

I can’t get my Garmin Vivomove HR to connect in the Zwift app.

I have a Wattbike Atom (next gen), and iPad Pro 9.7. The Vivomove is in ‘broadcast’ mode.

Other apps (eg the Wattbike app) connect to the Vivomove no problem, but for some reason the Zwift app will not pick it up.

I’ve also tried it with my Garmin Heart Rate Dual chest strap, and that doesn’t connect to the Zwift app either.

I hope someone can help

My instinct now supports HR broadcast over Bluetooth. Make sure your vivomove has the latest firmware.

Also double check and make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPad.
