Can not participate on any event from my laptop

Hello
i registered to some events on zwift but the event can not start.
I am a new user with a zwift licence
my home trainer (van rysel D500) is up and running.
i can launch training and parcours without any problems
my internet connexion is OK, my computer too

  • the date & hour setting of my computer is set on my country (france) and i can see the right starting hour in the event calendar in zwift & zwift companion

but when i want to participate to an event, i can join the event, but it never starts:

  • i am alone on the event
  • the timer of the event is minus 600min and do not move
  • even if i join the event a few minutes before or after, the issue remains

Not seeing other riders is some kind of network problem. Perhaps you have some security software on the PC? It must be allowing you to log in so it’s not disconnected, but something is interfering with Zwift’s network traffic.

Thank you Paul, it is weird cause i can see people on parcours (simple ride) for instance. WOuld you know what i can check ? `thank you

This is the key issue, I think. I have no idea what’s wrong, though.
