Can't join events (running)

For the past couple of weeks i have been unable to join events that I have entered, on either the Companion or the Windows app.

My entry is accepted, but I’m not prompted to go to the event as start time approaches and nor is there a button on the display to allow me to choose to do so.

If I know an event is close to starting and there isn’t the prompt I just got back to the main menu join there.

Thanks for that input. My problem is that having clicked the box to register my entry, there is no means of actually getting to the start.

This is an odd situation, please make sure that when you register events on zwift.com/events you’re doing it while signed in to the Zwift account you also use in-game.

Also, there are some events that are similar to running and cycling, please double-check to make sure you’re joining Running events. To be safe, you can find the exact steps to register for running events here.
