I am having trouble with my cadence. It doesn’t seem to be working right and showing I am doing much more watts than I’m actually doing.
I’ve tried turning it off, reinstalling apps etc. any idea please as I’m getting really fed up with it now
How are you measuring power and cadence? What have you paired to the game for those things? If you’re getting the data from a smart trainer, that’s the most likely source of the problem, though occasionally there can be other causes. Zwift mostly trusts whatever it can read from your data sources so it’s less likely to be the source of the problem.
I use wahoo kicker that I have had connected before with no issues. I don’t know how it could be the kicker. I can contact wahoo and ask for advice??
Yes you can certainly contact Wahoo for advice. Their support is usually good. Another thing you can do is shut down Zwift, run the Wahoo app on a phone or tablet, install any available firmware updates, calibrate the trainer, and do a test ride using the Wahoo app to see if the problem appears there as well. There are 8 different direct drive trainers called “Kickr” and the calibration options vary depending on which one you have.

Thanks for advise. Done all that, (it’s a wahoo kicker 7c55). Not really sure where to go with it now
That is the wireless ID of your specific trainer, not a model number, so I don’t know which one you have. But if you’ve done a test ride in the Wahoo app and you still see weird power/cadence numbers, then it’s something you need to work through with Wahoo support.
