Downloading archive of FIT files (zip)

I have attempted to download an archive of all my activities and get the following error when I hit the green button (note I have pulled out the long random character strings). I have tried “saving as”, plus Chrome, and Edge browsers, all with the same error. Any idea? This XML file does not appe…
