I had a strange experience today. I’m using a Garmin fenix for my heart rate, yet Zwift would only show my resting BPM during the whole ride. I’ve never had this happen before, Anyone else ever experience this?

Is it safe to assume you’ve used this heart rate monitor for Zwift before and not had the problem previously?
I’d recommend trying a different battery, and maybe unpairing, and then re-pairing your HRM to Zwift.

Hi Steven, thanks for the reply - I’ve been out of town would have gotten back sooner,
This issue occurs when I use my Garmin Fenix wristwatch, not a strap monitor, When using my Garmin heart strap monitor it works fine, but when trying to use the Garmin Wristwatch is when I get this issue. I have unpaired and re paired many times and still the issue persists.

Did you set your watch to Broadcast mode?
