Hi it is now 22 minutes since a tried logging on, first there was an update, the second this week, now it seems to be stuck in a loop where nothing is happening. The same happened on Thursday only after 32 minutes after logging on did get to ride. I’ve cleared my cache but still a long wait, this is not what I pay my subscription for
what device are you using? sounds like a localised issue or even an isp issue

As Rich said, please let us know the specs of your system that runs Zwift. The updates took less than 4 minutes for me last week. I’m using an older PC, so nothing too fancy, on wifi that gets decent speeds all the way down in my basement.
