Bluetooth dropout

Hey,

Twice now my Tacx bike has completely disconnected from Zwift in the middle of a ride. Once with HR connected once without. I can go into the menu screen and reconnect immediately. Never happened before in several years of use. Apple sub and companion app used

I checked your account and log files, and I can see BLE disconnection errors from your Tacx Smart Bike. These occurred yesterday, and also between January 11, 2026, and January 24, 2026, which suggests the dropouts are recurring.

This type of behavior is often linked to Bluetooth interference, so I recommend reviewing our guide here: BLE and ANT+ Interference Troubleshooting Tips.

Another point worth noting is that your last logout event was on November 5, 2025, last year. Staying logged in for long periods without refreshing can sometimes contribute to odd behaviors. Logging out and back in after updates or periodically can help reset sessions and clear cached data.
