Billed extra for the last two months

Good morning,

I’m looking for an answer this this question that I have regarding billing.
I paused my membership for a few weeks back in June, reactivated it, got charged an additional £25.98 on top of £12.99, then the same has happened again for July.
As a precaution I’ve cancelled my membership and removed any associated payment - Would it be possible to look into this for me and issue a refund please.

This happened to me as well. I went to renew today after pausing it in May, only to realize that zwift started my membership up again for Aug and Sept without notifying me. I’ve asked for this to be rectified.
