I just bought the Wahoo Kickr. I mostly use Zwift in ERG for training. I noticed that it takes a couple of seconds before the target wattage is achieved. How should I set the following settings (or don’t they have any impact at all)?
- In Zwift: 3 second average power
- In Wahoo: ERG mode power smoothing
- In Wahoo: Control with ANT+ power meter
