Hi guys not sure if anybody else has had this issue. But when I start the new route a few pedals in it automatically makes me do a u-turn and delete the route that I selected. Any help solving this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you’re using Zwift Play then it’s likely it’s a controller problem that’s causing this. Hold down Z for 30 seconds to reset the controllers, and also make sure their firmware is up to date. Failing that, contact Zwift support.

I am having the same issue! Randomly keeps flipping a U-turn! I have held down both Z buttons for 30 seconds, and checked the controls are at the latest software level.

Juan, I’m also having a lot of trouble here. I’ve been extremely unhappy with the controls of this frame for the few weeks I’ve had it. The right control just disconnects all the time and I can’t shift. The left control keeps uturning at the beginning of a route so I lose the route. It has made the product virtually unusable unless I just want to do a uturn every few seconds. I have tried all of the troubleshoot steps including but not limited to power cycle, reset, firmware update, clean after every ride (always have), to no avail. I’m worried about not being able to return the unit even though I just got it. So far… I can’t do rides on this thing and it’s extremely frustrating.

Thanks Paul. Even before Uturngate and Disconnectgate I would have to try pair with phone/pair with Bluetooth alternations until they finally came up on the menu. You’d have to search and alternate those like 4 times. Yesterday’s route, I was 15 out if 20 miles in and my character just u turned…the controls were very inconsistent in the menus to the point where I gave up and just used Apple TV controller…then today that issue became constant and the right shifter just stops responding.
