Hi guys not sure if anybody else has had this issue. But when I start the new route a few pedals in it automatically makes me do a u-turn and delete the route that I selected. Any help solving this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you’re using Zwift Play then it’s likely it’s a controller problem that’s causing this. Hold down Z for 30 seconds to reset the controllers, and also make sure their firmware is up to date. Failing that, contact Zwift support.
Thank you. There was an update available, which i have installed now. I will test it with my next ride.
I am having the same issue! Randomly keeps flipping a U-turn! I have held down both Z buttons for 30 seconds, and checked the controls are at the latest software level.
