I just set them a complaint about not able to turn of sounds in my app so i can enjoy my music. At least I’m not alone .hope they can push out a new update soon

Yes I noticed this the other day which is odd because by default I have all of the zwift sounds muted. I had to reinstall the application today because the screen kept going between solid white and my ride. Pretty annoying.
Still going on for me… I have to do the mute and use a different device to listen to anything. Very annoying! Happening both on PC and iPad.
Same, it happened in New York a few days ago, so I loaded up Watopia instead and it was fine. Today it did the same thing in Innsbruck, so again went elsewhere.
Same anoying birdies at Innsbruck. Like New York you have to shut down Zwift to remove the sound before you can cycle . It sucks

It’s not a great fix, but it will stop for me if I load a map unaffected by the issue like Watopia. It will continue even in the menu until I have done this though.
I have my sounds turned off. This works fine on the routes in Watopia, but this morning I tried selecting the Innsbruckring route and the sound comes on. Nothing I do will turn it off. I need to go select a different route for it to go away.
Over three weeks, and no fix to this bug. Frustrating…

Italy here, on MAC OS.
I confirm the reports of other users: personally I have problems with New York and Innsbruck, they are unusable.
The in-app volume control doesn’t work in these worlds.
Instead on Watopia, Paris, France, Makuri no problem.

This bug’s been fixed in Zwift game version 1.32.0, which just released. Please update at your earliest convenience.

Ambient sounds in New York and Innsbruck are now at the expected sound levels.
