A problem that has been going on since April 2020 so over 3 years. Clearly Wattbike have no interest in solving it or beyond the team’s capabilities. My atom V1 will not drop into free ride mode in structured rides like Zwift Academy where you are required to use the gears. I have tried to use all options to get it out of erg mode by myself and can’t. This needs to be automatic like it is on my tablet or phone.
This happened to me last night and is frustrating.
I was surprised to see this has been an issue since 2020 and no fix provided by Zwift, Wattbike or Apple (TV)
