Hi has anyone been locked out of their Zwift account using Apple TV as from today 18/10/19 contacted Zwift spoke to 3 different guys and said 3 different things. Not one works. I feel that Zwift will take my money but when comes to something they can’t sort they fob you off . Please can someone help me .
What did Zwift Support have you try?
How are you ‘locked out’ of your account?
What message are you getting when you try to log in?
