Occasionally, when opening the Zwift App on the 4K Apple TV, the whole app has no sound i.e no menu music and then no sounds after the “Let’s Ride” point.

Only way round this is to kill the ATV app and start again. Sometimes, I’ll open up another app and check the sound is okay before returning to the Zwift App.

There doesn’t seem to be any pattern to it or any obvious reason for this

Do you force quit the Zwift app after each session? If not, you should. It’s not designed/written to be left running or in the background.
