App and program log in

Hi,

I have the Zwift program on a computer, which both my GF and I use for cycling, both under a different log in name.

This afternoon when she was cycling (logged in under her name on the computer), I started up the Zwift app on my mobile. I logged in with my user name and password. Gave her a “Ride on”. Wanted to close the app - but when I did, it asked me if I wanted to discard the ride or save it, and the ride of my GF was stopped… I used to back space, and she could resume riding (phew…) .

It seems though, that when you log in on a computer and an app, on the same wifi network, with different users, Zwift can not keep them apart. Seems a bug to me…

(I use windows10 on the computer, Android phone)

Hi Bertram, 

This is a known issue that we are currently investigating. Essentially, your computer is still trying to connect to a previous device IP. If this issue is becoming a major problem, you can always turn off WiFi to ensure that the Zwift Mobile Link does not pair.
