Ant+ and WattBike connectivity issues

I use a WattBike with a model b monitor and run Zwift on my Windows 12 laptop with a LifeLine Ant+ dongle. Since this week’s update it is stuggling to maintain a connection. It’s working fine with my Garmin watch but keeps dropping on Zwift on the laptop. Any ideas on what I need to do to fix it?

It’s a difficult one to answer.

You could start by moving the ant+ dongle and using a different usb port.

Zwift updates don’t typically mess up the ANT+ connection, so it’s possible the connection issues are coincidental.

Anyhow, if your devices aren’t staying paired to Zwift, one of the most common reasons is wireless signal interference. I’d suggest you try all the troubleshooting in this article.
