Hi, I have an Elite Zumo and all indications are that I can put out at least double the power that Zwift is showing - I’m 70kg and I ride on the road at 15mph in Zone 2 and do an hour on the Elite software at 115w without pushing.
On Zwift, however, I have FTP set at 48 and even then I’m going over my threshold!
Previous power meters (and TrainerRoad/Rouvy/FulGaz) confirm that the Elite is in the right ballpark.
Only thing I can’t do is calibrate Zwift as it becomes way too hard to pedal, but that should be taken care of through the Elite calibration shouldn’t it
I know my numbers are low (I’ve had CFS for 24 years), but surely any error would only increase with higher numbers?
The calibration is saved to the trainer. Zwift then trusts whatever the trainer says your power is. Never use Zwift to calibrate any trainer unless you have no other option, so in your case just calibrate in the Elite app and you’re done.
Yeah, except a 100%+ accuracy error isn’t really fit for purpose. Thanks though.

Contact support and ask them to look at your log files. This doesn’t sound like a calibration problem.

Hi @Ian_Crosby, Welcome to the forums!
This is Fernanda from Zwift.
I would like to help you in this power accuracy matter, just to confirm, do you use the TrainerRoad/Rouvy/FulGaz App too, and in these Apps the power is accurate?
Another question, was the FTP under your account (50) manually set or did you perform an FTP test on he Zwift App?
Please let us know, this will help us to drive you to a solution.
