imagine my frustration after receiving no help support when I found this thread indicating the issue affecting me is FIVE YEARS OLD. same as others have mentioned, card that was on file was deactivated and now no card works.

Its honestly a disgrace that this has been going on for five years. Can’t get better if you can’t Zwift in the winter, so hey very helpfull that the company who upped their payments can’t even fix something like this… I’ve had the same issue and no answer still…

I am solving the same problem. Want to pay monthly but no of my card does work (EC/MC or VISA, credit or debit) neither PayPal. I am trying it 3 days, talked with Zwift chatboot, wrote e–mail to (I hope) a live human, but still no solution, no response. :frowning:

I have now switched to Apple pay ecosystem, i.e. installed Zwift on an iPhone, configured Apple Pay for automatic deductions and now using Zwift. Hopefully this continues to work.

same message doesn’t work for 4 different cards. The lamest company I know.

i’ve contacted support center and the they kept saying to contact financial institution. i still believe is a joke. i can’t contact 4 of them saying a comeciant is not able to process a payment.

I can understand it being annoying. But if Zwift’s payment merchant (i.e. not Zwift) is declining your cards then I don’t see what Zwift can do about it. Can you pay via PayPal?
