Did anyone make the 21 min cut off for the VIP Time trial. Did the 7:15pm one and the winner didn’t even make the cut at 21:40. Wondering if a new line being drawn?
I see one person in 10pm race who was below 21:00 on zwift power.

So, yes. I would not expect the line to be redrawn, but that’s just my opinion.
