Altitude adjustment

I’m new to zwift so apologies if this has been requested before.

I live at 8000 ft. When I’m doing a course the effort required for me is far more than it is for someone at sea level. Would it be possible to take this into account in someway ?

Maybe people at sea level would be interested to see the the additional effort required to zwift at altitude ?

Thanks,

As mountain bikers have started coming into Zwift, they have bene asking for a base resistance tool to accommodate their 1x setups. While you wait for Zwift to potentially accommodate the request you should be able to change the wheel diameter in your trainer setup (assuming its a smart trainer). Mtb’ers need a larger wheel diameter so they dont run out of gears so you would need a smaller diameter to assist you.
