Im at level 19 and i cant see or choose this route. What gives?

I am level 18 and the turn for Alpe du Zwift is in the middle of the Jungle loop. It is nthe only right hand turn in the middle of the jungle if you do the loop counter clock wise. If you go clock wise, turn left.
It seems some people did not see it because their computer did not update.
I guess mine updates automatically so I have never had to do a manual update.
Personally I don’t know why Zwift didn’t just call it Alpe Du Zwift, it would be so simple. The only reason I found it, I clicked on the various routes and saw all the turns and figured that must be it.
