Allow connecting Zwift Ride with not supported trainers

Hello! I bought zwift ride and found out that it is not supporting my trainer cycplus t2. I understand that it doesn’t support virtual gearing and I’m ok whith it. But I would like to be able to connect Zwift Ride smart handlebar to Zwift app and use all other functions and buttons (without virtual shifting). Now I can see my controller in the app but can not connect to it. Do you have any plans with this cases? Thanks!

I doubt Zwift will do that but if you’d be satisfied by simply using the controls to adjust resistance rather than having Zwift virtual shifting, you might be interested in some of the recent comments in this thread. What Zwift are doing is trying to make a bike into a product like an HP inkjet so consumers have no choice but to keep paying forever.

Thank you so much! I was able to connect my zwift ride controller to zwift, using qzfitness app to connect my cycplus trainer through it (beta version 2.18.1 with zwift gearing support).
