I have already used Zwift and it worked well until now, now for 2 days after a few minutes that I started a route or a race I no longer see all the other cyclists and I am the only one left.My connection is ok, I await your response, thanks
Seeing the other riders disappear means your Zwift app can’t see the Zwift servers. This could be a glitch at Zwift’s end, but much more likely is a local issue at your end.
What ia your setup? What are you running Zwift on, and how is your wifi?
I run Zwift on Windows 10, my wifi and connection are ok, I have used Zwift for months and it has always worked well, it is strange that for the first few minutes the other riders are always there and then not. Is there any option in the Zwift settings that can affect this?
No, not a Zwift settings thing.
Although you say it has always worked well, you don’t know what might have changed in the radio frequency spectrums that you’re using, e.g. a neighbour has a new router or has changed the channel they’re using etc.
I suspect your wifi wasn’t great before but worked ok, and now something has tipped it over the edge.
If this keeps happening then it’s not a Zwifr server issue and is something at your end. I suggest doing some wifi troubleshooting. How far away is your wifi router from your laptop/PC?
yes everything could be, but I don’t think it’s my wifi because for the first 2 or 3 minutes everything is fine and this always happens, if it was a problem with my wifi sometimes it should do it for the first 2 or 3 minutes too
I know what you mean and I agree it’s strange that this would always happen at a similar point into your ride. Is this the same for free rides and races too? Does it depend on how many other riders are around?
What are the specs of your laptop/PC?
Anything that affects the network connection between you and Zwift can cause this, which also includes things like network security software (common on work PCs) or security features on the router. And of course reboot all of the network equipment.
Does the Companion app stay connected to the game after riders disappear?
I tried to use Zwift with my tablet and everything works fine (with the PC I take the wifi connection from the tablet), so it is a problem with the application on the PC. I had already tried to uninstall Zwift and install it again but the problem remained. But now I am sure that it is a problem with my PC so I will try again…, trying to clean something manually and also checking what has changed on my PC in these last few days
It would help to know the spec of your PC. Also as Paul said software on the PC can affect things too, such as stuff from an employer to lock down the PC or any other firewall/VPN/AV stuff. For example it could be something that decides to take over or block the connection to the Zwift servers after a couple of minutes.
You heard of Zwiftalizer?
On Pc go to documents/Zwift/Logs drop your last race log into log file analyser at Zwiftalizer, this will give you data on everything including connection.

I uninstalled Zwift again but this time before doing the new installation I deleted the Zwift folder installation where there were some files that the uninstall program had not deleted, then I performed the new installation and finally the problem no longer occurred and now everything works fine.
I wanted to describe the solution because it could be useful to someone who has or will be able to have this problem.
