Activity in progress although completed

was doing a watopia ride and completed it - 19 odd kms completed and exited after save - it still says in progress in Companion and not syncing to Garmin or Strava

pl help

did you close Zwift on all your other devices.

Yes closed all Zwift applications - on IPad and phone
