Just finished a ride/race this evening but although it is there as an activity, its not accessible when I click on it. It just says “Activity Could Not Be Loaded”. Nor has it uploaded to Strava! Any suggestions??
My Companion App is on the go slow so cant check the activity myself but what you describe is is normally due to a network issue during the ride. It may be your end (wifi channel clashes with neighbours for example), your ISP or elsewhere. You can try dropping your log file onto Zwiftalizer.com which can highlight some local network issues, you could also reboot your internet router/modem.
Did riders around you disappear at any point in the ride or anything else strange occur?
