For the past two weeks none of my activities or races have been appearing in my profile (have checked my account on website and companion). I hit save after every ride but nothing transfers to my profile. My rides are uploading to Zwiftpower. Really frustrating! Can anyone help?
For the past two weeks none of my activities or races have been appearing in my profile (have checked my account on website and companion). I hit save after every ride but nothing transfers to my profile. My rides are uploading to Zwiftpower. Really frustrating! Can anyone help? Seems to me an issue with the app on my laptop as I have been able to log a ride using the app on my phone. Any advice appreciated.
Could either be a network dropout or having multiple open sessions on multiple devices. Since you use your phone occasionally, you will also want to make sure you force close the app on your phone prior to starting a ride on your laptop. If Zwift thinks you are already logged in on your phone, the 2nd session on the laptop will have issues.
