Zwfit appears to have stopped saving my activities, nothing is uploading and there are no FIT files on my laptop, help!

I cannot save either.
My ride from just now is saved on my companion app.
What platform are you both using?
I am on my laptop (mac). Have only used this one since I started zwifting, never had this issue before.
Tried to save from companion app and gets stuck as well.
I’m also using laptop and have never had this problem before. So far I’ve lost about 4 rides. I did however today find a in progress FIT File withing documents / zwift / activities folder. It was from the 10th. I have deleted it and will try again in the morning, hoping this is the cause!
