Active session not displaying on my Companion app on my phone

For the last two days I can only access my planned rides live on my tablet, but nothing from the Companion app on my phone. I can’t get zwift companion to show my ride at all in present time, or even go past the home page to the current ride. Therefore, I can’t adjust the bias, etc from my phone (Samsung). Is anyone else having trouble?

Is your phone connected to the same network as the device that you use to run Zwift on?

Common issues are VPNs, using mobile data on the phone, using smart wifi.
